I dunno if this makes sense to you... But make a sphere out of this.
That's for the head. The body would be made of a cylinder.
That's simpler. Cut a rectangle and put the two edges together to make a cylinder shape. Then make two circles to put in the ends on the cylinder. Leave a small opening, flip in inside out, stuff it, and close it.
This is all for the base. Once you finish these, show me and I can tell you how to do the rest.
